The only challenge for online training as usual is how the country time differences affect full participation. On the whole, we thank AZTech for agreeing to adjust the start time to remove that challenge. Also, I have enjoyed the training and hope to make a full impact in my organisation.

The course was very interesting and engaging. Something that struck was that the examples the facilitator used actually hit home. I have attended trainings where even after the initial introductions and letting the facilitator know I am from the public sector, he ends up giving examples focused on sales and profits. This is different!
